Conditions for canceling an excursion or transfer.
It is not possible to book an excursion or transfer directly online through our website. You may only submit a request, which is non-binding. We will then review your request and contact you - typically via WhatsApp - to finalize the details according to your preferences. If an agreement is reached, we will confirm the booking via email or WhatsApp. Payment is generally made prior to the start of the excursion or transfer. Following the confirmation of service, the client has 14 days to cancel the agreement without needing to provide any explanation. Successivamente esaminiamo e contattiamo la persona che ha fatto la richiesta, normalmente tramite Whatsapp, per accordarci su quello che gradisce. Se si raggiunge un'accordo, allora confermiamo per E-Mail o per Whatsapp questa richiesta. Il pagamento avviene, generalmente, prima di fare l'escursione o trasferta sul posto.
